What happens after you send the estimate form

  1. We read it and reply. Small repair jobs sometimes get a ballpark from photos; anything poured new needs a site visit, because grade, drainage and access decide the price.
  2. At the visit we measure, check slope and where water goes, and look at the soil and what's under the old concrete if there is any.
  3. You get a written estimate that lists thickness, reinforcement, finish, demolition and permit work as separate lines, so you can compare it with other bids line for line.
